Product challenge

The current Evorad product has evolved since my time there. The version I built aimed to make clinical workflow, advanced visualization, remote collaboration, and certification feel like one dependable product for radiology teams.

Product pillars

RIS-PACS

radiology workflow and imaging platform

2D / 3D

advanced diagnostic visualization

ISO 13485

medical device quality management

CE IIa

medical software certification class

Leadership scope and key decisions

I took on company, product, technology, architecture, and hands-on implementation responsibilities while building a comprehensive RIS-PACS solution for enterprise radiology operations.

I led development across advanced 2D and 3D medical imaging, diagnostic visualization, image processing, and the broader visual-computing stack required for clinical use.

I led certification work for ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and CE Mark Class IIa for medical software.

I prototyped cloud and web-based telemedicine workflows for secure medical image sharing and remote collaboration with Java EE, Tomcat, MySQL, Amazon EC2/RDS/S3, HTML5, JavaScript, iOS, and Linux.

Original product demo

This MP4 walkthrough shows the older product version I built. The company exists today at evorad.com, but its current product line has evolved from that original version.

Evidence and lasting outcomes

A certified medical imaging product with operational, clinical, and regulatory discipline.

A deep base in advanced visualization, image processing, 3D medical imaging, and the pressure of clinical workflow complexity.

A telemedicine-oriented foundation for remote image sharing and distributed radiology collaboration.

A durable pattern for me: product leadership grounded in the technical and regulatory details.
