Speaking

Practical talks about AI systems, product judgment, and the work of shipping.

I speak about the point where ambitious technology meets product and organizational reality: how teams build, govern, evaluate, and improve systems that people are expected to rely on.

Topics

Subjects I can make concrete for technical and leadership audiences.

From AI experiments to operational products

What changes when AI moves beyond pilots into owned workflows, measurable outcomes, operating controls, and continuous improvement.

Agentic AI platforms and control planes

How tools, models, context, permissions, evaluation, and observability come together when agents become long-lived systems.

Governance as a product discipline

Why trustworthy AI depends on practical product and engineering choices rather than policy documents alone.

Product leadership across technology waves

Lessons from visual computing, medical software, developer platforms, and AI about what changes—and what remains durable—in product work.
